These are the guidelines that have determined our company's progress and which have brought us to our present situation as proud owners of an avant-garde olive mill. Our mill was planned and designed down to the last small detail in close collaboration with Enologica Mori, leaders in the production of high quality oil extraction plants. Continual evolution in search, perhaps, of perfection, has led our company and our two-phase extraction plant to become models in Umbria for research and innovation.
