Cultivation and harvesting
Our company takes great pride in personally overseeing all stages of production, starting at ground level.
Fertilisers: strictly organic, safeguarding the health of the trees, the environment and the consumer.
Pruning and care of the trees: carried out using avant-garde techniques, applying the results of the latest agronomic studies and technological innovation to obtain healthy olives which will provide quality oil.
Safeguarding the environment: through tending to our olive groves, which would otherwise be abandoned, we help to keep the ecosystem alive and flourishing.
Picking: carried out in a very limited period during the end of October and the first two weeks of November, in order to pick all of the olives at the right stage of ripeness, taking into account the characteristics of the different cultivars. The picking method used is known as 'brucatura', which means that picking is done entirely by hand to ensure that the olives remain whole and undamaged.
